O relatório de estágio pretende resumir, de uma forma reflexiva e crítica, o processo de formação desenvolvido durante o ano de estágio pedagógico, tendo como objetivo analisar as várias atividades desenvolvidas enquanto professor no meio escolar. Todas as áreas de intervenção do professor estagiário serão analisadas, destacando-se o estudo da perceção dos professores sobre a integração dos alunos com necessidades educativas especiais nas suas aulas, assim como o trabalho desenvolvido no grupo de educação física sobre os critérios de avaliação em relação àqueles alunos. O estágio é um processo de aprendizagem fundamental para qualquer profissional conseguir estar apto para o desempenho das funções que a profissão lhe coloca, possibilitando ter a experiência da responsabilidade nas várias áreas de intervenção do professor na escola.
O crescimento e desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional são valências conseguidas ao longo do processo de estágio, face à partilha de opiniões, pensamentos, estratégias e soluções para dar resposta às várias experiências que o estágio pedagógico proporciona.
The internship report intends to summarize in a reflexive and critical way the entire training process developed during the year of the pedagogic stage, with the purpose of evidencing the analysis performed on the various activities developed as a teacher in the school environment. All areas of intervention of the trainee teacher will be analyzed, highlighting the study of the teachers' perception about the integration of students with special educational needs in their classes, as well as the work developed in the physical education group on the evaluation criteria. The internship is a fundamental learning process for any professional to be able to perform the functions that the profession places in us, making possible the experience of responsibility in the various areas of intervention of the teacher in the school. Personal and professional growth and development are valences achieved throughout the internship process, in face of sharing opinions, thoughts, strategies and solutions to provide answers to the various experiences that the pedagogical stage provides and which contributes to gain autonomy and competencies for the future as a teacher.
