Abstract(s)
O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a influência da Inteligência Emocional no Flourishing, assim como o papel mediador do Equilíbrio Vida Académica – Vida Pessoal. Para tal, recorreu-se a uma amostra de 4242 estudantes do ensino superior, da Universidade de Lisboa para analisar a relação das variáveis em estudo. Os resultados corroboram a existência de uma influência positiva da Inteligência Emocional no Flourishing, mas não suportaram o papel de mediador do Equilíbrio Vida Académica – Vida Pessoal, na relação entre essas duas variáveis. Os resultados obtidos contribuem, de uma forma geral, para uma maior compreensão do tema do bem-estar dos estudantes do ensino superior. Ademais, são discutidas limitações e sugestões de investigações futuras, assim como algumas implicações práticas dos resultados obtidos no presente estudo.
