O trabalho de pesquisa que se apresenta visa a análise da Administração Pública de resultados, que se forma nos dias atuais, voltada a uma atuação eficiente, eficaz e democrática. Serão buscadas as principais características que a definem e as reformas necessárias em trânsito no Direito Administrativo para torna-la viável. Os focos serão na evolução histórica que leva à Administração Pública de resultados, como procede essa nova Administração, os princípios que a orientam e como é possível controla-la através do Judiciário.
The research that is presented aims the analysis of the Public Administration of results, which is formed in the current days, focused on an efficient, effective and democratic performance. The main characteristics that define it and the necessary reforms in transit in the Administrative Law to make it viable will be investigated. The focus will be on the historical evolution that leads to the Public Administration of results, how this new Administration proceeds, the principles that guide it and how it is possible to control it by the Courts.
