O presente trabalho final de mestrado consiste na elaboração de um plano de negócios, que estuda a viabilidade de um projeto de Turismo em Espaço Rural, com localização em Alcobaça, na região Centro de Portugal.
O desenvolvimento do plano de negócios baseou-se na metodologia de Harvard (2007), considerando que a estrutura desta metodologia é a que melhor se adequa ao projeto em estudo, permitindo a boa análise, documentação e operacionalização do projeto.
De acordo com o desenvolvimento do plano de negócios e avaliação financeira, a avaliação do projeto teve um resultado positivo, demonstrada pelo VAL de 91€ e TIR de 5,3%. A recuperação do investimento realizado ocorre previsivelmente durante o 6º ano de atividade, enquanto que o breakeven tem lugar entre o 2º e o 3º ano de atividade.
The present master's degree final work consists in the elaboration of a business plan, which studies the feasibility of a Rural Tourism project, located in Alcobaça, in the central region of Portugal. The development of the business plan was based on the Harvard (2007) methodology, considering that the structure of this methodology is the one that best suits the project under study, allowing for a good analysis, documentation and operationalization of the project. According to the development of the business plan and financial evaluation, the project's evaluation had a positive result, which can be demonstrated by its NPV of 91€ and IRR of 5.3%.
