Abstract(s)
interdisciplinaridade, a metodologia projetual e a prática docente, tendo sido
aprendizagem.
This report brings together the research carried out in the context of Supervised Teaching Practice, around the planning and implementation of Augmented Reality experience, an Interdisciplinary project in Oficina de Artes and Oficina de Multimédia B. This Didactic Unit was implemented to a 12th-grade class of the Visual Arts Scientific- Humanistic Course at José Gomes Ferreira Secondary School (Benfica). The main objective of this research was to verify what effect interdisciplinary teaching, using the project-based methodology, and teaching practice can have in the learning process of cross-curricular skills, along with disciplinary knowledge and skills, and the students’ engagement with their own learning. To this end, and using the contents of the documents Perfil do Aluno à Saída do Ensino Obrigatório and Aprendizagens Essenciais, a project-based creative work Didactic Unit was developed, anchored in previous learning experiences, which were expanded and consolidated through cooperative work and further enhanced through the individual design and production of an Augmented Reality experience. Interdisciplinarity was activated to promote comprehensive and coherent links between complex conceptual knowledge and practical skills. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that significant disciplinary and cross-curricular learning outcomes were achieved. Interdisciplinarity, project-based methodology, and teaching practice were crucial in the development of reflective, critical, creative, and practical transferable skills by the students, with broad applicability, as well as their engagement with their own learning.
