O presente relatório tem por finalidade descrever e analisar a realização do estágio curricular no Belenenses Sociedade Desportiva de Futebol, SAD. Este estágio foi desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão do Desporto. O estágio teve como objetivos principais: planear atividades; gerir recursos humanos; gerir espaços; contactar com a AFL; auxiliar à Creditação da FPF; dinamizar os escalões de formação; cativar novos patrocinadores. Durante o período de estágio as tarefas desenvolvidas estiveram ligadas às funções de vice-diretor administrativo do departamento de formação, team-manager da equipa sub-19, dirigente do futebol de formação e de auxiliar no processo de certificação das entidades formadoras. Neste relatório são vários os temas abordados, no entanto existem cinco temas fundamentais que melhor caraterizam a experiência vivida, designadamente: o futebol, o futebol de formação, a gestão das organizações, o diretor de equipa e, por fim, o processo de certificação das entidades formadoras. O processo de certificação é o tema central deste relatório, face ao seu grau de complexidade. No presente relatório temos, numa fase inicial, um enquadramento da prática profissional. Depois temos a descrição das atividades realizadas, estando aqui integrados os problemas, as dificuldades, as resoluções, as funções, as tarefas, entre outros assuntos. Por fim, temos as principais conclusões do trabalho desenvolvido, que contemplam, também, os efeitos e consequências da intervenção, limitações, perspetivas e sugestões.
The aim of this report is to describe and analyze the achievement of the curricular internship at “Belenenses Sociedade Desportiva de Futebol, SAD”. The main purposes of this internship were: to plan activities; to manage human resources; to manage spaces; to contact with AFL; to assist the FPF accreditation; to stimulate the training levels and to captivate new sponsors. During the internship, the tasks developed were linked to the functions of administrative vice-director of the training department, team-manager of the under-19 team, football training manager and assistant in the certification process of the training entities. Although many topics were addressed in this report, there are six essential themes which best characterize the experience, namely: football, training of football, management of organizations, the team manager and finally, the certification process of the training entities. The certification process is the main topic of this report due to its complexity. In the beginning of this report, we have the framing of the professional practice. Afterwards we have the description of the activities developed where we also must include the problems, the difficulties, the resolutions, the functions, the tasks, among other topics. Finally, we have the main conclusion of the developed work which also include the effects and consequences of the intervention, limitations, perspectives and suggestions.
