This article aims to narrate a partnership between the university and the education professionals of the State of Espirito Santo in a shared construction of a regional curricular document. It presents the context of production, the multidisciplinary team and takes as object of analysis the curricular document, to comprehend how and what are the paradigms, the methodology that structure it and whether these are consistent with an education in art in the contemporaneity
