O presente trabalho resulta do estágio curricular, com a duração de três meses, realizado na empresa Vertente Humana Trabalho Temporário Lda, no Departamento de Operações e Recursos Humanos, onde tive a oportunidade de integrar uma equipa de Recursos Humanos com estratégias e objetivos claros, definidos e por isso eficazes, no âmbito do recrutamento, seleção e contratação temporária. Apesar das vertentes em que a empresa opera, o meu estágio foi essencialmente centrado no recrutamento e seleção para Call Centers, uma "área" que se reveste de algumas especificidades, como o facto deste mercado recorrer ao recrutamento em massa, essencialmente de jovens, que procuram inserção no mercado de trabalho, ser de natureza temporária e os trabalhadores apresentarem uma grande plêiade de habilitações.
Tive a oportunidade de aplicar as aprendizagens adquiridas durante o mestrado, integrando-as nas estratégias próprias da empresa, tendo por objetivo a satisfação plena das premissas estipuladas pela empresa e pelo cliente.
The present work results from the curricular internship, relates to my three months experience, at the company Vertente Humana Trabalho Temporário Lda, in the Department of Operations and Human Resources, where I had the opportunity to integrate a team with clear and defined strategies and objectives. Despite the areas where the company works, my internship was basically focused in recruitment and selection for Call Centers a "field" that has some specific features, such as the fact that this market take up to mass recruitment, mostly young people, who are seeking to enter into labor market, which is of a temporary kind and workers who present a great number of qualifications. Here I had the opportunity to execute all learning processes obtained during the master's degree, integrating them in the company's own strategies, having as its goal the full satisfaction of the premises stipulated by the company and by the client.
