Resumo(s)
O presente trabalho de projeto consiste no desenvolvimento de um curso de Cartão
Manipulador de Carnes em E-learning para operadores de talho, da empresa Food’s Yard
Company (FYC). Esta proposta formativa visa dar resposta às necessidades de formação destes
profissionais numa área crítica e indispensável no exercício das suas funções.
Através do diagnóstico de necessidades foi possível observar a elevada taxa de ausência
dos operadores de talho desta empresa na formação de Cartão Manipulador, bem como os
motivos que levam a tal, sendo que um dos principais motivos se prende com a deslocação dos
trabalhadores para a formação e a sua ausência do local de trabalho. Com base na informação
recolhida e analisada, compreendeu-se que o desenvolvimento do curso de Cartão Manipulador
em E-learning era a solução mais viável para solucionar este problema. Desta forma, foi possível
desenvolver o curso neste formato, permitindo que estes trabalhadores tenham acesso a uma
formação indispensável e obrigatória para as suas funções, onde poderão desenvolver as
competências necessárias relacionadas com a manipulação de carnes e produtos cárneos.
This project consists in the development of a Meat Handler Course in E-learning for butcher operators, from the Food’s Yard Company (FYC). This training proposal aims to solve the training needs of these professionals, in a critical and indispensable area in the exercise of their functions. Through the diagnosis of their needs, it was possible to observe a high rate of absence of the butcher’s operators of this company, regarding the Meat Handler Course, as well as the reasons leading to this: one of the main reasons being the absence of workers from their workplace. Based on the gathered and analyzed information, it was possible to understand that the development of the Meat Handler Course in E-learning was the most viable solution to solve this problem. Thus, it was possible to develop the course in this format, allowing these workers to gain access to essential and mandatory training for their functions, where they can develop the essential skills regarding the handling of meat and meat products.
