Este Relatório Final foi elaborado no âmbito do Estágio Pedagógico, unidade curricular integrada no plano de estudos do 2º ano do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário (MEEFEBS), na Faculdade de Motricidade Humana (FMH) da Universidade de Lisboa, concretizado na Escola Básica e Secundária Anselmo de Andrade.
Inicialmente é realizada uma breve caraterização do contexto e posteriormente uma reflexão/ análise crítica das 4 áreas de intervenção ao longo do estágio.
A área 1, Organização e Gestão do Ensino e da Aprendizagem, está dividida nas seguintes subáreas: planeamento, avaliação e condução, onde irei refletir um pouco sobre cada uma, as principais dificuldades sentidas (e.g. avaliação de todos os alunos, a projeção da voz, o fraco conhecimento pedagógico em algumas matérias e poucos feedbacks) e as soluções que encontrei para ultrapassar as mesmas, muitas delas com a ajuda dos meus colegas de estágio e da professora orientadora, da visualização das aulas de outros professores, e de um maior estudo nas matérias que sentia mais dificuldades.
A área 2, Inovação e Investigação, ocorre em simultâneo com a disciplina de Investigação Educacional com a realização de uma investigação-ação na escola de estágio cujo tema foi a utilização das tecnologias na disciplina de Educação Física. O principal objetivo do estudo foi analisar se os professores de Educação Física (EF) utilizam as tecnologias na sua disciplina.
A área 3, Participação na Escola, relata o trabalho que desenvolvi no acompanhamento do Desporto Escolar de voleibol feminino e a realização de uma atividade de dinamização na escola com o objetivo de aproximar os Encarregados de Educação à instituição.
A área 4, Relações com a Comunidade, onde abordo o trabalho que desenvolvi no acompanhamento da Direção de Turma, juntamente com o docente responsável pela turma onde, semanalmente, reuníamos para tratar de diversos assuntos. E o estudo turma, realizado com o intuito de conhecer as diversas caraterísticas da turma de uma forma individualizada e em grupo.
Este relatório tem como principal objetivo narrar e analisar (reflexivamente e criticamente) este ano letivo, bem como as diferentes experiências pelas quais passei. Em cada uma das diferentes áreas, irei destacar o que correu melhor e também aquilo que senti mais dificuldades.
This Final Report was prepared in the ambit of a Pedagogical Internship, of the integrated unit in the study plans for the second year of the Master’s Degree in Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, of the Faculty of Human Motricity of the University of Lisbon, that was held at Anselmo de Andrade Elementary and Secondary School. Initially there is a brief characterization of the context and afterwards a reflection/critical analysis of the 4 areas of intervention throughout the course of the internship. Area 1, Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning, is divided in the following sub-areas: Planning, Evaluation and Conduction, where I will reflect a little on all of them, the main hardships felt (generally were the evaluation of all the students, projection of voice, lack of pedagogical knowledge in some areas and lack of feedback) and the solutions found in order to overcome these obstacles, many of these came from my internship colleagues and orienting professor, from the observing of other teacher classes, and the additional studying of the subjects where I experienced the most difficulty. Area 2, Innovation and Investigation, happens simultaneously with Educational Investigation, with the conduction of a action-investigation study at the school of the internship regarding the topic of the use of technology in Physical Education. The main objective of this study was to analyze if Physical Education professors utilized technology in their classes. The results turned out inconclusive (in most cases the percentages of responses for all the different options were about 50%). Area 3, Participation in the School, narrates the work I developed while accompanying the female volleyball school sport team and the organization of dynamizing activities with the objective of bringing the parents closer the team. Area 4, Interaction with the Community, where I reference the work I developed while accompanying the class’s journey together with the class principal of the class where we would meet weekly to address several topics and the study of the class with the purpose of getting to know the diverse characteristics of the class in a individual and group setting. This report’s main objective is to narrate and analyze (reflectively and critically) this school year as well as the several situations I experienced. In each area I shall highlight the positives aspects as well as what I felt the most difficulty with.
