O presente escrito analisa as principais repercussões do surto de covid-19 no setor aeronáutico, abordando os projetados auxílios de estado e alterações ao direito aéreo institucional e, sobretudo, a repercussão da pandemia no contrato de transporte aéreo.
This paper analyzes the main repercussions of the outbreak of covid- 19 in the aeronautical sector, addressing the projected state aids and amendments to the institutional aviation law and, above all, the repercussions of the pandemic in the carriage by air contract.
