O estágio pedagógico constitui um dos mais significativos momentos de aprendizagem que uma pessoa pode experienciar ao longo da sua vida. Durante este período, tive a oportunidade de aplicar na prática todos os conhecimentos adquiridos durante a minha formação inicial, sendo este o ano em que mais cresci e aprendi. Consegui adquirir aprendizagens tanto ao nível do conhecimento teórico como prático, através de todas as vivências experienciadas, competências estas que irei aplicar futuramente enquanto professora. O presente relatório de estágio visa demonstrar o produto de todo o processo formativo realizado na Escola Básica e Secundária Rainha Dona Leonor de Lencastre, sob supervisão pedagógica, no ano letivo 2023/2024. Ao longo deste relatório, realizarei uma reflexão contextualizada, crítica e fundamentada sobre o impacto do estágio, tanto no meu desenvolvimento pessoal quanto profissional, abordando todos os obstáculos e desafios que surgiram e como os consegui superar, através de diferentes soluções e estratégias testadas. Neste documento encontram-se referenciadas as quatro grandes áreas de intervenção profissional, inerentes à função profissional de um professor de Educação Física, as quais serão objeto de uma análise pormenorizada, ao longo de cinco capítulos, de forma articulada e integrada. Com o estágio consegui compreender todo o contexto da profissão, desde o funcionamento das escolas nas diferentes dimensões até à gestão e organização de uma sessão. Compreendi ainda a importância de estarmos atualizados, não só ao nível do conhecimento pedagógico, mas também no que diz respeito a ferramentas para lidar com as relações socioemocionais dos nossos colegas e alunos. Desta forma, este momento é fundamental para aprender e elevar ao máximo esta profissão. Mais do que ser gostada e respeitada, pretendo ser vista como uma pessoa humana e competente.
A pedagogical internship is one of the most significant periods of learning that a person can experience in their lifetime. During this period, I had the opportunity to put into practice all the knowledge I acquired during my initial training, making this the year in which I grew and learned the most. I was able to develop my understanding at both the theoretical and practical levels from all the experiences I gained, creating competencies that I will apply in the future as a teacher. This internship report will demonstrate the product of the entire training process carried out at Rainha Dona Leonor de Lencastre Basic and Secondary School, under pedagogical supervision in the 2023/2024 academic year. In this report, I will provide a contextualized, critical, and substantiated reflection on the impact of the internship, on both my personal and professional development, addressing all the obstacles and challenges that arose and how I managed to overcome them by applying different solutions and strategies. This document references the four major areas of professional intervention inherent to the professional role of a Physical Education teacher, which will be subject to a detailed analysis in an articulated and integrated manner. Through the internship, I was able to understand the entire context of the profession, from the functioning of schools in different dimensions, to the management and organization of a session. I also understood the importance of staying up to date, not only in terms of pedagogical knowledge, but also with the tools to deal with the socioemotional relationships of our colleagues and students. Thus, this period has been fundamental to learn and to maximize my preparation for this profession. More than being liked and respected, I intend to be seen as a human and competent person.
