Trata o presente estudo do seguro desportivo. Depois da caracterização deste tipo de seguro, analisa-se o problema da cobertura de danos não patrimoniais em caso de invalidez permanente parcial, tema que tem sido objecto de controvérsia nos tribunais portugueses.
This study deals with the sports insurance. after describing the main features of this insurance, we analyse the problema regarding the cover of non- financial losses in case of permanent partial disablement, a theme which has been object of controversy in the Portuguese courts.
