Na abordagem ao tema Reabilitação do Património, houve a necessidade de estudar e compreender alguns conceitos como os de Património, Ruína, Memória, Paisagem e Intergeracionalidade, tendo em conta a sua influência do mesmo no âmbito social e na área de intervenção.
O tema surge do interesse de reabilitar para qualificar, conservando o valor patrimonial e histórico, sem a perda de identidade.
Como contexto de estudo, escolheu-se a Quinta da Graça e a sua área adjacente, no Parque Urbano do Jamor, localizada na freguesia da Cruz Quebrada e Dafundo, no concelho de Oeiras.
O objetivo é criar um equipamento multifuncional e intergeracional, considerando a área adjacente, tendo como preocupação a qualificação da zona, integrando no processo as necessidades da população residente e dos utilizadores do lugar. Para isso, foi fundamental para o desenvolvimento da investigação, analisar o território em termos históricos, urbanos e sociais, propondo-se uma intervenção urbana que qualifique a zona, tornando num local ainda mais atrativo para todos os utilizadores.
Pretende-se promover novos espaços de lazer, recuperando a memória do edificado, interligando as diferentes gerações num equipamento e rejuvenescendo o Parque Urbano do Jamor, fazendo com que a população envelhecida se sinta (re)ativa apesar da idade.
ABSTRACT: Approaching the theme Rehabilitation of Heritage, emerged the necessity to study and understand some concepts like heritage, ruin, memory, landscape and integrity, having in consideration it’s influence on the social scope of the intervention area. The theme emerges from the interest in rehabilitating to qualify, preserving the historic and heritage values, without the loss of identity. As a study concept, Quinta da Graça and its neighboring area, inside Jamor´s urban park, in Cruz Quebrada e Dafundo’s parish, Oeiras, was chosen. The objective is to create an integrational and multifuncional equipment, considering it’s adjacent area, having in consideration the qualification of the area, integrating in the process the resident population and other possible users’ needs. Doing so, it is fundamental to develop the investigation, analyzing the territory in historical, urban and social terms, proposing an urban intervention that qualifies the area, making it more attractive to its users. It is intended to promote new recreative spaces, recovering the building memory, connecting the different generations in an equipment and revitalizing Jamor’s Urban Park making the elder population feel (re)active despite its age.
