Abstract(s)
O presente relatório descreve a realização da minha prática enquanto
estagiário na área da observação e análise do jogo, como elemento de uma equipa
técnica.
A primeira temática a ser abordada é sobre a realização prática das tarefas do
estagiário, onde o primeiro ponto a ser escrutinado é o modelo de jogo, pois é ele que
vai ser o guia para a observação e análise, assim como para o modelo de treino. De
seguida, é exposto o processo de observação e análise da própria equipa, assim como
do adversário. Por fim, apresenta-se o microciclo padrão e o modelo de treino, pois
só faz sentido realizar observação e a análise se houver espaço no treino para a
correção, o desenvolvimento e a evolução dos jogadores e da equipa.
Foi realizado uma análise descritiva aos golos marcados pelo Amora FC -
Futebol SAD, na qual se verificou que a equipa marcou mais golos através de ataque
posicional, conseguindo mais golos na condição de visitante.
Na área da relação com a comunidade realizou-se um Webinar sobre a
observação e análise do jogo, que teve como principal objetivo promover e valorizar
a área e o trabalho do analista.
This report describes my experience as intern in the field of game observation and match analysis as member of a technical team. The first subject to be addressed regards the performance of the tasks of an intern, where the game model is the first topic to be scrutinized, as it provides guidance for the observation and analysis, as well as for the training model. Then we describe the process of observing and analysing the team itself, as well as the opponent. Lastly, we present the standard microcycle and the training model, as it is only reasonable to carry out observation and analysis if the training allows for correction, development and evolution of the players and the team. A descriptive analysis of the goals scored by Amora FC – Futebol SAD was performed, which revealed that the team scored more goals through positional attack, and also scored more goals playing as a visitor Regarding the relationship with the community, a Webinar was held about game observation and match analysis, where the primary goal was to promote and value the field and the work of the analyst.
