O presente relatório resultou do trabalho desenvolvido durante o estágio que foi
organizado a partir do seguinte propósito geral: compreender como se relacionam as
práticas de gestão de qualidade numa unidade orgânica da Universidade NOVA de
Lisboa com o Sistema de Garantia da Qualidade do Ensino (SGQE-UNL) em vigor
nesta universidade. O trabalho realizado constitui uma contribuição para a avaliação do
SGQE numa unidade orgânica, procurando sinalizar pontos positivos, aspetos a
melhorar e apontar sugestões.
Recorreu-se à recolha de informações através de entrevistas semidiretivas e à análise de
conteúdo dessas mesmas entrevistas e de documentos.
Apesar de algumas divergências entre o que é preconizado no SGQE-UNL e o que é
posto em prática pela unidade orgânica, pode dizer-se que, no essencial, há consistência
entre os procedimentos desta e o Sistema geral proposto pela universidade.
This report resulted from work done during the internship and it was organized from the following general purpose: to understand how quality management practices in an academic unit of University NOVA of Lisbon relates to the Education Quality Assurance System (SGQE-UNL) in force in this university. This paper is a contribution to the evaluation of SGQE in an academic unit searching for strengths, improvement needs and suggestions. The information was collected through semi-directive interviews and analysis of content of those interviews and other documents. Despite some differences between what is recommended in SGQE -UNL and what is implemented by the academic unit it can be said that in essence there is consistency between the procedures in this and the overall system proposed by the university.
