Throughout this internship report, I try to expose and reflect the work developed, during an athletic season of internship in the U-19 team of the Associação Desportiva de Oeiras, institution where the internship took place, and that competes in the national championship of the category. The objectives of this team went through the permanence in the National Championship. The training pattern in which the team was governed used an organization in which all training is divided into four stages (warm up, preparatory part I, preparatory part II and the main part) and for each of these moments there are a group of 10 standard exercises that are used. This form of organization aims to reduce the time of instruction and organization of each exercise, as well as increase the quality of the same. On set plays it was my responsibility to organize the moves and present them for approval by the head coach. If approved then they were trained and put into practice in competition. This led to the development of a program to improve the technique in set plays. This project consisted of training the set plays in 3 different ways and in 3 times of the weekly microcycle. We were proposed, as an internship group, the organization of an event in which there was an exchange of information between our internship group and the community where we were inserted during the sporting season. This action training aims to provide a knowledge exchange environment between soccer coaches on a topic related to the basis for the construction of a football team, called for "The transition to Professional Football.". The speakers eventually separate what is the professional soccer football training, and the passage between stages turned out to be a bit ignored. The sports season in which the internship was held was a unique opportunity to grow, evolve, learn and internalize tools that will be of great importance for the future as a potential sports agent in the field of football. The very positive criticism from other coaches and officials with whom I spent time during the stage, prove the commitment and dedication, considering that the work was well received and staying with the consciousness that gave the best of my ability on tasks that were me intended.
