O futebol atual está a evoluir no sentido de as decisões de resultado serem cada vez mais resultantes da exploração de momentos específicos do jogo, das fraquezas dos adversários e potenciação dos pontos fortes da própria equipa. O presente relatório visa refletir as vivências práticas de um ano de estágio, integrado numa equipa técnica multidisciplinar, centrando-se sobre as funções de treinador adjunto na equipa de Juniores B (sub-16) do Sport Lisboa e Benfica. Na área de investigação, é apresentado um estudo sobre os pontapés de canto. Em jeito de síntese, concluiu-se que as zonas frontais à baliza são zonas onde se efetuam mais remates. A probabilidade da equipa obter golo a partir de pontapé de canto aumenta quanto mais perto da baliza for feito o remate e, quando o remate é efetuado ao 1º poste. Verificou-se uma associação estatisticamente positiva entre a ocorrência de remate e a forma como são batidos os pontapés de canto, tendo sido os cantos batidos de forma direta para a área os mais conducentes à finalização. Foi realizado um evento de relação com a comunidade sobre a Preparação e Construção do Modelo de Jogo. Este evento teve como objetivos mostrar especialmente aos alunos da faculdade a preparação necessária para pôr em prática uma ideia própria e de que forma é possível trabalhá-la quer a nível de preparação, quer a nível operacional no treino.
Today's football is evolving in the sense that result decisions are increasingly the result of exploring specific moments in the game, the weaknesses of opponents and enhancing the strengths of the team itself. This report aims to reflect the practical experiences of a year of internship, integrated in a multidisciplinary technical team focusing on the functions of assistant coach in the team of Juniors B (under -16) of Sport Lisboa e Benfica. In the research area, a study on corner kicks is presented. In summary, it was concluded that the areas in front of the goal are areas where more shots are made. The probability of the team getting a goal from a corner kick increases the closer the shot is to the goal and, when the shot is made at the 1st post. There was a statistically positive association between the occurrence of shooting and the way the corner kicks are hit, with the corners being hit directly to the area the most conducive to finishing. A community relationship event was held on the Preparation and Construction of the Game Model. The purpose of this event was to show college students especially the preparation necessary to put their own idea into practice and how it is possible to work on it, both in terms of preparation and operationally in training.
