A organização clínica no tratamento para toxico-dependentes : a educação física como processo de cura

Resumo(s)
Esta pesquisa objetiva explicitar a análise das relações saber- poder sobre o
corpo que se concretizam, em atividades corporais, no âmbito do tratamento a
toxicodependentes e alcoolistas de uma determinada comunidade terapêutica.
No estudo dos vínculos entre o poder e saber referidos ao processo terapêutico,
a Educação Física vai-se revelando como a passagem de um discurso prescritivo médico,
obedecendo a tecnologia de poder disciplinar construída por processos de subjetivação e
objetivação conseqüentes do processo organizacional e das representações que a
instituição cria e fomenta na comunidade.
Ao final do trabalho é esboçada uma proposta com uma lógica diferente da
elaborada pelo discurso médico tradicional, de forma a pensar a relação corpo e saúde,
indivíduo e sociedade com uma perspectiva que, não só desaliene o cidadão das drogas,
mas possibilite rever-se enquanto participante da sociedade em movimento.
In the ambit of toxicant and alcoholic addicted treatments applied by a therapeutic community, the present research aims to explain the analysis of knowingpower relationships within the organism that happens through the body activities. In the studies about the entailment among the power and knowing reported at a therapeutic process, physical activities has been revealing as well as medical prescribed discourses. In the physical education to the patient obeys a particular technolgy from a discipline power. Moreover, it is built by a subjective and objective process in consequence of the organizing dynamic process and the representation that the institution creates and foments inside the community. At the end of the work, we sketch a purpose with the different logic when compared against traditional medicai discourses. That purpose invites to think relationships with the body, health, self-individual and the whole society with new perspective: not only alienating drugs from the patients, but also making possible to this, the chance to review his own paper in a moving society.
