O relatório aqui apresentado tem como objetivo apresentar de forma breve a minha experiência de estágio pedagógico realizado na Escola Secundária Matias Aires durante o ano letivo de 2022/2023. Este documento descreve o meu percurso de estágio, incluindo a lecionação de aulas de educação física para alunos do 9.º ano, a minha participação no Desporto Escolar e as atividades marcantes desta experiência. Além disso, abordo as minhas tomadas de decisão, dificuldades, aprendizagens e o impacto desta vivência na minha identidade profissional e pessoal, bem como nas minhas perspetivas futuras. O relatório começa com uma contextualização da Escola Secundária Matias Aires, abordando os recursos disponíveis, o ambiente escolar, o departamento de educação física, o núcleo de estágio e a turma onde realizei o estágio. Em seguida, o relatório é dividido em quatro áreas principais de trabalho, de acordo com o Guia de Estágio Pedagógico 2022/2023. Na Área 1, organização e gestão do ensino e da aprendizagem, abordo o desenvolvimento da prática pedagógica, planeamento das aulas e avaliação formativa e somativa. São destacados os desafios enfrentados e as aprendizagens adquiridas. Na Área 2, descrevo um estudo realizado na escola com o objetivo de resolver um problema identificado pelo grupo de educação física. Detalho todo o processo, desde a identificação do problema até à implementação das soluções, incluindo os resultados alcançados e as conclusões obtidas. A Área 3 aborda as minhas participações na escola, tanto individualmente como em conjunto com os colegas do Núcleo de Estágio. Destaco a participação em Torneios Interturmas, no projeto ESMA FITT e na coadjuvação com a professora responsável pelo núcleo de Ginástica do Desporto Escolar. A última área, Área 4, explora a ligação à comunidade, as funções de direção de turma e as atividades relacionadas à cidadania. Por fim, reflito sobre a minha experiência de estágio e a importância deste percurso para o meu desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal. O quanto aprendi com os exemplos inspiradores de outros professores e como me mantenho esperançosa de continuar a evoluir na minha carreira.
The report presented here aims to briefly outline my pedagogical internship experience carried out at Matias Aires Secondary School during the academic year 2022/2023. This document describes my internship journey, including teaching physical education classes to 9th grade students, my participation in School Sports, and the significant activities of this experience. Furthermore, I address my decision making process, challenges, learnings, and the impact of this experience on my professional and personal identity, as well as my future prospects. The report begins with an introduction contextualizing Matias Aires Secondary School, discussing the available resources, the school environment, the physical education department, the internship nucleus, and the class where I conducted my internship. Next, the report is divided into four main areas of focus, following the internship guide. In Area 1, organization and management of teaching and learning, I address the development of pedagogical practice, lesson planning, and formative and summative assessment. Challenges faced and lessons learned are highlighted. In Area 2, I describe a study conducted at the school with the aim of resolving an issue identified by the physical education group. I detail the entire process, from issue identification to solution implementation, including achieved results and conclusio ns. Area 3 covers my involvements at the school, both individually and in collaboration with colleagues from the Internship Nucleus. I emphasize participation in Interschool Tournaments, the ESMA FITT project, and assisting the teacher responsible for the School Sports Gymnastics nucleus. The final section, Area 4, explores community engagement, class leadership roles, and citizenship related activities. Lastly, I reflect on my internship experience and its significance for my professional and personal development. I highlight the valuable lessons learned from the inspiring examples set by other teachers and express my hope to continue evolving in my career.
