Abstract(s)

The article reports a proposal of PIBID/CAPES/UNIUBE activity, related to literacy and art. The focus of this proposal was the re-reading of the work of Frans Krajcberg, whose art warns against the devastation of nature in Brazil. As partial results, it is perceived that the use of art as mediator in the process of literacy makes teaching more meaningful, the practice more attractive, stimulates in students the taste in learning and the construction of values
