O presente relatório, desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, tem em perspetiva a análise do percurso desenvolvido no estágio pedagógico, concretizado na Escola Secundária José Gomes Ferreira no ano letivo 2024/2025, através da reflexão e respetiva sustentação teórica. O estágio pedagógico encontra-se estruturado em quatro áreas de intervenção, articuladas entre si, e tem em vista o desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal para a habilitação profissional de um docente de Educação Física, assente em práticas de supervisão pedagógica. No relatório, primeiramente, é realizada uma caracterização do contexto escolar, o ponto de partida do desenvolvimento de todo o processo. Segue-se o desenvolvimento da prática pedagógica, incluindo o planeamento, avaliação e condução do ensino e da aprendizagem e a forma como estes se relacionam entre si. Posteriormente, reflete-se sobre as aprendizagens desenvolvidas na lecionação a todos os ciclos de escolaridade, durante uma semana, e da sua repercussão na construção da prática letiva. Em seguida, é analisada a participação na escola, incluindo o Desporto Escolar, as atividades do Plano Anual de Atividades e uma ação de intervenção, dinamizada no âmbito das atividades de exploração da natureza, da disciplina de Educação Física. É, ainda, analisada a atividade no contexto da direção de turma, do trabalho desenvolvido no Grupo de Educação Física e no Departamento correspondente. Por fim, é apresentado o projeto de investigação levado a cabo pelo núcleo de estágio, dando ênfase às consequências do tempo de ecrã e à atividade física como meio de as prevenir.
This report, developed within the scope of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Elementary and Secondary Education, analyzes the development of the pedagogical internship conducted at José Gomes Ferreira State School in the 2024/2025 academic year, through reflection and its respective theoretical foundation. The pedagogical internship is structured into four interconnected areas of intervention and aims to promote professional and personal development for the professional qualification of a Physical Education teacher, based on pedagogical supervision practices. The report first seeks to characterize the school in analysis, serving as the starting point for the development of the entire process. This is followed by the pedagogical practices put into practice, including the planning, assessment, and implementation of teaching and learning, and how these interrelate. Subsequently, a reflection is made on the learning acquired through teaching across all grade levels, over a period of one week, and its impact on the development of teaching practice. Next, the study analyzes school participation, including School Sports, the Annual Activity Plan activities, and an intervention implemented within the scope of nature exploration activities in Physical Education. Also under analysis are the context of classroom leadership, the work developed at the Physical Education Group, and the corresponding Department. Finally, the research project conducted by the internship team is presented, emphasizing the consequences of screen time and physical activity as a means of preventing them.
