A tecnologia da informação e o suporte da gestão de topo são considerados como infraestrutura para a partilha do conhecimento. Esta investigação tem como objetivo identificar os perfis de infraestrutura e a relação com a partilha de conhecimento. O método adotado foi um inquérito, os 231 respondentes trabalham em equipas de tecnologia da informação no Brasil. Na análise foram identificados quatro perfis (foco na tecnologia da informação, foco no suporte da gestão de topo, à deriva e orientado à partilha do conhecimento), sendo que o mais efetivo é o perfil orientado à partilha do conhecimento, não havendo diferença significativa entre os demais clusters em relação a partilha do conhecimento.
Abstract: "The Infrastructure Profiles and Knowledge Sharing" - Information technology and top management support are considered as infrastructure for the sharing of knowledge. This research aims to identify the infrastructure profiles and the relationship with the sharing of knowledge. The method used was a survey, the 231 respondents work in information technology teams in Brazil. The analysis identified four profiles (focus on information technology, focus on top management support, drifting and knowledge sharing focused), and the most effective is the profile knowledge sharing focused, with no significant difference between the other clusters in relation to the sharing of knowledge.
