Escondido na Natureza surge como pretexto de uma arquitetura escavada, que se insere no território de Pêro Pinheiro. De encontro à temática referida, conjugam-se valores sensoriais da arquitetura, capazes de estimular a emotividade e valorizar a perceção da arquitetura integrada no seu contexto territorial.
Trata-se, assim, da capacidade comunicativa da arquitetura, que pela sua adequação, procura despertar o sentido e as emoções geradas no sujeito. O tema do projeto final de mestrado propõe a realização de um Centro de Escultura Artística, onde se trabalham para o efeito, as valências inerentes à arquitetura escavada, de que se salientam a própria materialidade do espaço e a luz.
Com o intuito de minimizar o impacto do objeto artificial a construir sobre o território natural, o projeto de Escondido na Natureza, conjuga as condições telúricas que a natureza oferece com o objeto arquitetónico. Assim, este projeto procurará adequar-se à sua integração na pedreira e na natureza, através da proposta desta arquitetura também escavada, como reconciliação e coexistência do objeto artificial com o meio natural.
Hidden in Nature appears as a pretext for an excavated architecture, which located in the territory of Pêro Pinheiro. In line with this theme, the sensorial values of architecture are combined, capable of stimulating emotion and enhancing the perception of architecture integrated in its territorial context. It is, therefore, about the communicative capacity of architecture, which, by its suitability, seeks to awaken the sense and emotions generated in the subject. The theme of the final master's project proposes the creation of a Centre for Artistic Sculpture, where the inherent valences of excavated architecture are worked on for the effect, of which the materiality of the space itself and light stand out. To minimize the impact of the artificial object to be built on the natural territory, the project of Hidden in Nature, combines the telluric conditions that nature offers with the architectural object. Thus, this project will seek to adapt to its integration in the quarry and in nature, through the proposal of this architecture also excavated, as reconciliation and coexistence of the artificial object with the natural environment.
