O trabalho desenvolvido no âmbito do mestrado em Comunicação em Saúde centra-se no estudo da eficácia das estratégias de comunicação digital em saúde.
Nos enquadramentos teóricos exploram-se questões e hipóteses abordadas ao longo dos seminários realizados na parte lectiva do mestrado; desenvolve-se a análise do processo evolutivo ao nível da comunicação aplicada à saúde no contexto da aprendizagem e abordam-se as perspectivas de autores das áreas da comunicação digital, media interativos, ciências sociais, multimédia e saúde.
Ainda neste trabalho apresentam-se e extraem-se conclusões do estudo de caso sobre o sitio de Internet das Doenças Respiratórias da Direção-geral de Saúde desenvolvido pelo Centro de Investigação para Tecnologias Interativas, da Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Com este estudo verificaram-se as hipóteses inicialmente formuladas sobre a importância deste tipo de aplicação no contexto da aprendizagem informal em saúde fundamentou-se, ainda, a relevância do uso da linguagem áudio-scripto-visual em contextos de comunicação em saúde.
This research project developed under the Master of Health Communication focuses on the study of the use digital communication strategies in Health. It aims to explore questions and hypotheses raised during the academic seminars of this master. It develops the analysis of the changing process of communication applied to health in the context of learning. It deals with the perspectives of authors in the areas of digital communication, interactive media, social sciences, multimedia and health. This project presents and draw up conclusions of the case study about the website of Respiratory Diseases held by Direcção Geral de Saúde (in Portugal) and developed by the Centro de Investigação para Tecnologias Interactivas. This study verifies the importance of this type of application in the context of health informal learning, and, also, the reasons for the importance of the use of audio-script-visual language as a possible solution to improve the quality of health learning.
