O presente relatório tem como objetivo desenvolver uma análise reflexiva acerca da minha experiência formativa nas quatro áreas de formação do estágio pedagógico: Organização e Gestão do Ensino e da Aprendizagem (Área 1), Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica (Área 2), Participação na Escola (Área 3) e Relação com a Comunidade (Área 4). Ao longo dos capítulos, serão abordados diferentes aspetos relacionados a essas áreas, visando compreender a dinâmica entre o professor e a escola, as dificuldades enfrentadas e as estratégias utilizadas para superá-las, bem como a minha evolução como professora ao longo do ano letivo de 2022/2023, e as possibilidades de melhoria para o futuro. Desse modo, este documento está organizado em capítulos que representam marcos temporais dos momentos que fizeram parte da minha formação como professora na Escola Secundária José Gomes Ferreira. Nesses capítulos serão identificadas as competências e as estratégias adotadas na relação entre professor e a comunidade escolar, na atuação como direção de turma e no desporto escolar. Dessa forma, os diferentes capítulos deste relatório buscam proporcionar uma compreensão aprofundada sobre a dinâmica entre o professor e a escola, as dificuldades enfrentadas, as estratégias utilizadas para superá-las, a avaliação e condução do ensino, assim como a evolução do professor ao longo do ano letivo. A reflexão sobre esses aspetos que contribuem para o desenvolvimento profissional e para a construção de uma prática docente cada vez mais eficaz e enriquecedora.
This report aims to develop a reflective analysis of my formative experience in the four areas of pedagogical internship: Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning (Area 1), Pedagogical Research and Innovation (Area 2), School Participation (Area 3), and Community Relations (Area 4). The chapters will address different aspects related to these areas, aiming to understand the dynamics between the teacher and the school, the challenges faced, and the strategies employed to overcome them. Additionally, it explores my evolution as a teacher during the academic year of 2022/2023 and potential future improvement areas. This document is structured into chapters representing significant milestones in my journey as a José Gomes Ferreira Secondary School teacher. These chapters will identify the competencies and strategies adopted in the teacher's relationship with the school community, the role of a class coordinator, and involvement in school sports. The objective is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics between the teacher and the school, the challenges encountered, the strategies used to overcome them, the assessment and management of teaching, and the teacher's evolution throughout the academic year. Reflecting on these aspects contributes to professional development and constructing an increasingly effective and enriching teaching practice.
