Este trabalho final de mestrado consiste na elaboração de um plano de negócios para a marca Apyball®/ empresa Apy Organics, que já se encontra no início do ciclo de vida, com o propósito de ajudar a empreendedora na tomada de decisão. A empresa pretende introduzir no mercado snacks saudáveis. O produto consiste em bolas energéticas feitas apenas de ingredientes naturais e saudáveis. É a única marca Portuguesa que fabrica bolas energéticas saudáveis, tornando-se assim um conceito inovador e diferente em Portugal.
O mercado biológico, um mercado que evoluiu muito nos últimos anos e que está cada vez mais a ser um influente importante na escolha dos consumidores, tornou a criação desta marca possível. A empresa encontra-se apenas no início do seu caminho, mas com muito potencial para o sucesso.
This final master's thesis consists of elaborating a business plan for the brand Apyball®/ company Apy Organics, which is already at the beginning of its life cycle, to help the entrepreneur making decisions. The company intends to introduce healthy snacks into the market. The product consists of energy balls made only from natural and healthy ingredients. It is the only Portuguese brand that makes healthy energy balls, making it an innovative and different concept in Portugal. The organic market, a market that has evolved a lot in the last years and that is being increasingly an important influence in the choice of consumers, has made the creation of this brand possible. The company is only at the beginning of its path, but with much potential for success.
