O presente trabalho final de mestrado é um projeto desenvolvido com o
objetivo de melhorar o processo de escalonamento das Provas de Avaliação
Escritas das licenciaturas do ISEG. Este projeto vem reduzir substancialmente
o tempo despendido pelas funcionárias da Secretaria das Licenciaturas nesta
tarefa, permitindo obter calendários de exames que respeitam todas as regras
estabelecidas pela Universidade de Lisboa.
A partir dos dados referentes às Unidades Curriculares e tendo em conta
os critérios impostos pelo regulamento de avaliação, este projeto consiste na
criação de uma aplicação, utilizando ferramentas do Excel, que devolve como
output os calendários das provas de avaliação para cada licenciatura.
A aplicação foi desenvolvida e testada com dados referentes às Unidades
Curriculares do ano letivo 2020/2021. No entanto, a aplicação apresenta grande
versatilidade e robustez pelo que poderá ser utilizada diretamente no futuro para
obtenção de calendários de exames em qualquer ano letivo.
The following master’s final work is a project developed to improve the scheduling process of the written exams of the Undergraduate Courses provided by ISEG. This project reduces the time spent by the Undergraduate Office on this task significantly and it makes it possible to obtain schedules of exams respecting all the rules established by the University of Lisbon. From the data associated with the curricular units and taking into account the rules imposed by the evaluation regulation, this project consists of developing a platform, using Excel Tools, that returns as output the schedules for the written exams for each of the courses. The platform was developed and tested with data from the Curricular Units of the 2020/2021 academic year. However, the platform is very versatile and robust, so it can be directly used in the future to schedule exams in any academic year.
