In the current prospect of increasing competition and quick changes in the business world, it is important to understand how individuals react to the common obstacles of the day-to-day. This study aims to address the four components of Psychological Capital (PsyCap), namely Hope, Resilience, Optimism and Self-Efficacy and dimensions of the organizational environment such as Emotional Demands, Recognition and Meaning of Work and see to what extent they relate to each other, using a database of secondary nature. The results obtained from this research show that only Recognition and Meaning of Work are related to employees PsyCap. It should be noted that Emotional Demands did not reveal a significant connection with the other variables in study, therefore it is not possible to prove the existence of any relationship between them.
