| dc.description.abstract | O tema versa sobre uma expressiva factualidade que se vai evidenciando em Angola, no domínio do sistema de protecção social obrigatória, advinda da limitação injusta - e talvez ferida de ilegalidade - do montante máximo da pensão mensal de reforma por velhice, e com certeza na pensão de reforma antecipada, ditada no facto de se escudar numa solução prevista em diploma legal que perdeu actualidade, ou seja, deixou de vigorar, postergando-se desse modo o regime jurídico sobre a matéria publicado em recente data e, como lógica consequência, abriu-se, nesta linha, largo terreno para se obstar, em termos acentuados, a relação de proporcionalidade entre o montante das contribuições pecuniárias pagas no tempo de vida activa da população trabalhadora e o quantitativo das prestações periódicas ou mensais devidas ao reformado, um contundente embate contra a manutenção dos direitos adquiridos por essa franja de beneficiários, decerto capaz de criar um ambiente de significativo abalo no bem-estar dos sujeitos em causa, com alcances diversos, em função das respectivas situações no plano individual e familiar, por deixarem de auferir o que era esperado em razão do direito preterido. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The theme verses about an expressive factuality that is getting more evidential in Angola, in the domain of the mandatory social protection’s system , arising from the unjust limitation - and perhaps wounded by illegality- of the maximum amount of the monthly early old-aged retirement pension and certainly in the early aged retirement pension, due to the fact that it is sheltering itself in a no longer current solution provided in a legal diploma ,in other words, it´s no longer valid, postponing the legal regime on the subject published until this date, so as a logical consequence, an ample ground has been opened up to delay, in accentuated terms, the relationship of proportionality between the amount of monetary contributions paid during the working life of the working population and the amount of periodic or monthly benefits owed to the retired persona lacerating struggle against the maintenance of the acquired rights by this fringe of beneficiaries, certainly capable of creating significant disturbance in the wellbeing of the subjected discussed above, with different ranges depending on their respective family or individual situations , as they no longer receive what was expected by virtue of the right denied them. | pt_PT |
