O presente relatório resulta do estágio realizado no âmbito do segundo ciclo de
estudos conducente ao grau de Mestre em Educação e Formação na Especialização em
Desenvolvimento Cultural e Social. O estágio decorreu na Fundação Aga Khan,
nomeadamente no K’CIDADE, programa de Desenvolvimento Comunitário Urbano, na
zona de intervenção Vale de Alcântara, uma dos cinco áreas de Lisboa onde atua. Foram
oito meses de estágio curricular intensos, repletos de aprendizagem e desafios.
Com este relatório pretendo dar a conhecer o caminho que percorri ao longo
destes oito meses, com que desafios me deparei, que experiências vivi tal como
descrever o trajeto com as crianças e adultos com quem interagi no percurso e os
resultados dessa interação.
Sendo o maior empreendimento deste estágio curricular o projeto que foi
desenhado e executado numa das entidades parceiras do K’ CIDADE Vale de Alcântara
– ADM Estrela – dou especial atenção para esse capítulo e para as aprendizagens,
obstáculos, vitórias que vivi. O projeto pretende reforçar as competências pessoais e
sociais das crianças, fortalecer a participação da família e da comunidade, promover a
cidadania e o respeito pelos outros, entre outros. Estes objetivos foram trabalhados
através de diversas dinâmicas individualmente e em grupo.
O desenho deste projeto foi concebido e desenvolvido numa perspetivas de
educação intercultural e da educação não formal e na noção do desenvolvimento
comunitário. Esta pesquisa e reflexão está espelhada no projeto e presente relatório.
This internship report results from the second cycle of studies leading to the Master's degree in Educational Sciences in Specialization in Cultural and Social Development. The internship took place at the Aga Khan Foundation, in K'CIDADE, an Urban Community Development program, in Vale de Alcântara, one of the five areas where it operates. It was an intense eight-months’ work filled with challenges and lessons learned. Because of how important they are, this report aims at highlighting my journey and learnings during these eight months, and how I overcame the challenges along the way such as describing the journey with the children and adults with whom I have interacted in the course and the results of this interaction. Being the greatest result of this curricular internship, the project that was designed and executed by me in one of the partner entities of the Vale do Alcântara - ADM Estrela – I give special attention to that chapter and to the lessons, obstacles and victories I have experienced. This project aims to strengthen personal and social skills of children, reinforce family and community participation, promote citizenship and respect for others, among others. These objectives were worked through several dynamics individually and in groups. The design of this project was conceived and developed in the perspective of intercultural education, non-formal education and the notion of community development. That's what we can find in this report.
