Abstract(s)
No mundo actual, em que a mudança e necessidade de produtividade se destacam, a relação organização-trabalhador deve ser cada vez mais tida em conta no desenvolvimento dos recursos humanos. A presente investigação tem como objectivo contribuir, precisamente, para o estudo desta relação, baseada na norma da reciprocidade. É feita a análise da relação entre Empenhamento Organizacional e Percepção de Apoio Organizacional, prevendo as hipóteses formuladas a existência de uma relação entre estas duas variáveis psicológicas. Colocam-se, ainda, como hipóteses que a Percepção de Apoio Organizacional leva ao Empenhamento Afectivo, de Continuidade e Normativo. Para avaliar estes dois constructos, foram aplicados a uma amostra de 38 trabalhadores de uma empresa de Dispositivos Médicos, o Questionário sobre o Empenhamento Organizacional e o Questionário sobre Percepção do Apoio Organizacional. Os resultados obtidos parecem corroborar as hipóteses formuladas, sendo no final discutidos os contributos do presente estudo para as práticas de gestão de recursos humanos nas Organizações.
In today's world, where change and productivity need stand out, the organization-employee relationship must be increasingly taken into account in the development of human resources. This research aims to contribute precisely to study this relation, based on the norm of reciprocity. The analysis of the relation between Organizational Commitment and Perceived Organizational Support is done, providing hypotheses that there is a relation between these two psychological variables. Lay also been hypothesized that the perception of organizational support leads to Affective Commitment, Continuity and Normative. To measure these two constructs, the Questionnaire of the Organizational Commitment and the Questionnaire of Perceived Organizational Support were applied to a sample of 38 employees of a medical device company. The results seem to support hypotheses, and in the final section the contributions of this study to the practices of human resource management in organizations are discussed.
