Resumo(s)
The Fourth Industrial Revolution caused changes in society: digital technologies and the interconnection between the digital and physical worlds arise. Consumers are now users and design is seen as a new tool, transformed and renewed in a new area of expertise: user experience design. There is a shift in the relationship between people and organizations, who are faced with the need to find new strategies to engage their audience. These factors caused fundamental change in the definition and approach of Human Resources (HR). With the digital evolution and the expansion of the job market in the area of Information Technologies (IT), HR had to reposition itself. Talent’s engagement in the tasks and recruitment processes is key. Today, most of the companies use online platforms for recruitment. Landing.jobs is one of these platforms and its main focus is to support tech talent in their career’s lifecycle. This research’s starting point is the difficulty in keeping talent active, making the experience appealing and increasing engagement. The following questions arise: how can playable transmedia experiences contribute to a candidate’s experience in IT recruitment? Which framework should be applied in the design process of such experience? Therefore, designing a playable transmedia experience emerges with this goal, taking advantage of transmedia's characteristic participation and involvement along with the game factor. In this process, there was a need to adapt and unify the analyzed theories from the areas of Experience Design, Gamification and Game Design, in a unified framework. Such a framework can be applied to the design of playable transmedia experiences in any application context, in this case proposing its use in the context of a product oriented to recruitment in IT.
