O presente documento refere-se à análise crítica do percurso do estágio pedagógico realizado na Escola Secundária Braamcamp Freire durante o ano letivo 2023/2024, no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário. Para o efeito, no decorrer do ano pude contar com a colaboração do núcleo de estágio e a supervisão dos orientadores de escola e de faculdade. O estágio pedagógico constitui um pilar fundamental na formação de um docente, visto que garante a aplicação dos componentes teóricos abordados ao longo do percurso académico. Esta experiência exige flexibilidade no pensamento crítico, planeamento e execução de estratégias pedagógicas, bem como na condução das sessões. Ademais, as capacidades desenvolvidas não se limitam exclusivamente àquelas que o trabalho no contexto de aula pressupõe, mas estendem-se, igualmente, ao aprimorar de competências cruciais nas diversas áreas da vida escolar. No decurso do ano letivo foram identificados desafios que acabaram por ser progressivamente trabalhados e superados. Não obstante, outras questões, como as relacionadas com a diferenciação do ensino, adequação das tarefas às necessidades individuais e qualidade do feedback, manter-se-ão alvo de atenção no futuro. Assim, neste relatório estão descritas as principais atividades desenvolvidas nas quatro áreas de intervenção pedagógica, bem como uma reflexão sobre as dificuldades sentidas e as estratégias adotadas .
This document refers to a critical analysis of the pedagogical internship conducted at Escola Secundária Braamcamp Freire during the 2023/2024 school year, as part of the Master’s in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education. For the effect, throughout the year I could count on the collaboration of the internship nuclei and the supervision of both school and university mentors. The pedagogical internship is a fundamental pilar in the development path of any teacher, as it provides the guaranties the practice of the theoretical knowledge learned throughout the academic journey. This experience demands flexibility in critical thinking, planning and implementing pedagogical strategies as well as in managing sessions. However, the developing capacities were not limited to the ones that a classroom’s context requires, also allowing the improvement of crucial skills in different areas of school life. During the year, challenges were identified thar ended up being progressively addressed and overcome. Nevertheless, issues related to teaching differentiation, adaptation of tasks to individual needs, planning and the quality of feedback will remain objects of further attention in the future. Therefore, this report outlines the main activities carried out within the four areas of pedagogical intervention, reflecting on the difficulties encountered and the strategies used to overcome them.
