| dc.description.abstract | Presentemente, verifica-se um aumento acentuado nos custos associados à habitação, necessitando de uma resposta imediata. Além disso, mudanças demográficas, evoluções tecnológicas e a crise ambiental, têm modificado significativamente o modo de vida da população. Para responder a essas questões, foi elaborada uma proposta empregando práticas de sustentabilidade de carácter social, económico e ambiental. O principal objetivo foi encontrar soluções arquitetónicas que não apenas abordassem esses desafios, mas também que criassem novos modos de interação social e consolidassem a percepção de comunidade. O projeto desenvolvido propôs uma análise profunda, dos modos de habitar emergentes e como eles podem ser integrados em novas tipologias mais adequadas. O estudo, começou com o reconhecimento das transformações que moldam as necessidades habitacionais contemporâneas, e desenvolveu-se até uma escala construtiva para área de intervenção na zona marítima do Dafundo. Procurou-se criar uma habitação em comunidade, que seguisse o conceito idealizado e paralelamente se enquadrasse nas imposições específicas do local. | pt |
| dc.description.abstract | Currently, there is a sharp increase in costs associated with housing, requiring an immediate response. Furthermore, demographic changes, technological developments and the environmental crisis have significantly changed the population's way of life. To answer these questions, a proposal was developed using sustainability practices of a social, economic and environmental nature. The main objective was to find architectural solutions that not only addressed these challenges, but also created new modes of social interaction and consolidated the perception of community. The project developed proposed an in-depth analysis of emerging ways of living and how they can be integrated into new, more appropriate typologies. The study began with the recognition of the transformations that shape contemporary housing needs and developed into a constructive scale for intervention in the Dafundo maritime area. We sought to create community housing, which followed the idealized concept and at the same time fit into the specific requirements of the location. | en |
