| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho de investigação procede a uma hermenêutica de textos de autores místicos portugueses do Renascimento e Barroco, relidos à luz do erotismo e da metáfora que perpassa o relato das suas experiências místicas: o discurso, as suas categorias e a sua semântica. Erotismo e metáfora, realidades inerentes a qualquer forma de arte, impõem-se particularmente no discurso místico, nestes períodos históricos, valorizando intensamente emoções de corporalidade, a exprimir desejo de intensa relação presencial e unitiva com o divino. O estudo recai sobre nove místicos portugueses: Leão Hebreu, D. Manoel de Portugal, D. Gaspar de Leão, Frei Heitor Pinto, Frei Tomé de Jesus, Frei Amador Arrais, Frei Agostinho da Cruz, Frei António das Chagas e Padre Manuel Bernardes. Começa-se por analisar as linguagens do erótico e do metafórico do discurso místico em apreço, explorando as naturezas amatórias – o amante, o amado e o amor – e a sua inter-relação, o discurso desnudado da mística dos sentidos que resulta desta experiência em erologia discursiva, as metáforas erotizadas na dinâmica do erotismo e das naturezas amatórias. Procede-se, de seguida, a uma abordagem da sintaxe de polaridade amorosa na experiência mística portuguesa, perscrutando as agitações amorosas nas naturezas amatórias e a praxeologia das experiências erotizadas da cópula divino-humano. Apresentam-se, neste alinhamento ainda, os fundamentos e enquadramento da experiência dos místicos em estudo, a nível bíblico, teológico, antropológico e psicológico. Neste curso investigativo, apresenta-se a linguagem como logos e topos da mística, ela não é só o dizer de algo ocorrido; ela é, também, o lugar onde a experiência relacional divino-humano acontece. O vivido e o relatado do vivido pelos místicos portugueses, como desejo de uma completude absoluta, oferecem-nos uma diferenciada releitura discursiva do erótico e da metáfora. A mística surge, na sua essência e nesta releitura, como afirmação das questões atuais do humano, ao nível antropológico, político, religioso, científico, ético e quotidiano: um elenco de termos, uma estruturação discursiva, uma busca de sentido, em ordem a um neo-paradigma de léxico, de gramática e de sentido para o mundo. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The current research work carries out a hermeneutics of Portuguese mystical authors’ texts of the Renaissance and Baroque, reread in the light of eroticism and metaphor that runs through the narrative of their mystical experiences: the speech, its categories and its semantics. Eroticism and metaphor realities inherent in any art form, particularly imposes on the mystical speech, on these historical periods, particularly enhancing the emotions of bodyhood, to express the desire of an intensive and unitary relationship of presence with the divine. The study focuses on nine Portuguese mystics: Leão Hebreu, D. Manoel de Portugal, D. Gaspar de Leão, Frei Heitor Pinto, Frei Tomé de Jesus, Frei Amador Arrais, Frei Agostinho da Cruz, Frei António das Chagas e Padre Manuel Bernardes. One starts by analyzing the languages of the erotic and the mystical metaphorical speech in question, exploring the amateur nature – the lover, the beloved and love – and their relationship, the speech laid bare of the mystical of the senses that results from this experience in discursive erology, the eroticized metaphors in the dynamics of erotic and the amatory nature. Then, loving polarity syntax in Portuguese mystical experience is approached, peering into amorous looking beyond the agitations in amatory nature and the praxeology of eroticized experiences of the divine-human copulation. Also presented in this line of reasoning, the foundation and framework of the mystical experience being studied, at a biblical, theological, anthropological and psychological level. In this research the language as logos and topos of the mystical is also introduced, which is not just the expression of something that has happened; it is, also, the place where the divine-human relational experience happens. The Portuguese mystics’ life experiences and their record, as a desire for the absolute wholeness, offer us a different discursive re-reading of the erotic metaphor. The mystique arises, in its essence and in this re-reading, as an affirmation of topical issues of the human being, at an anthropological, political, religious, scientific, ethical and daily life level: a cast of terms, a discursive structure, a search for meaning, aiming at a lexicon of neo-paradigm, grammar and meaning to the world. | pt_PT |
