Resumo(s)
A Transição Digital é consequência da estratégia Europa 2020 (Comissão Europeia,
2020). O objetivo para a capacitação digital dos docentes é a integração transversal das
Tecnologias Digitais nas práticas pedagógicas e profissionais dos docentes, envolvendo os
alunos nos procedimentos de aprendizagem, de integração social e de cidadania.
A formação de Professores, para além de promover a integração pedagógica de
ferramentas e aplicações que se encontram disponíveis, pretende incentivar os formandos a
saber utilizar essas mesmas ferramentas em processos comunicacionais com os alunos e
tornando as suas aulas mais apelativas pela utilização de metodologias modernas e mais
próximas do que os alunos utilizam no seu dia-a-dia. Também a integração de trabalho em
grupo, desenvolvimento de projetos, leva a que a resolução de problemas, a partilha de
aprendizagens entre os alunos e a inovação funcione como alavanca da aprendizagem e
envolvimento destes no seu próprio percurso de aquisição e aplicação de novas competências.
A presente dissertação pretende estudar a integração do digital em contexto educativo,
no âmbito do Plano de Transição Digital, englobando também o ensino remoto e de
emergência, na melhoria da utilização do digital nas práticas letivas e assumiu uma
abordagem metodológica quantitativa de recolha e análise de dados. Pretendeu ainda verificar
o nível de proficiência digital dos professores participantes na pesquisa, com o objetivo de
medir o efeito das oficinas de formação, na melhoria das suas competências.
Os resultados apontam para uma melhoria significativa das competências digitais dos
inquiridos, os quais ainda necessitam de tempo de maturação para continuarem a prossecução
da utilização das tecnologias digitais no processo ensino e aprendizagem. Pretende-se assim
contribuir para um melhor conhecimento, nos professores, do efeito da formação e
desenvolvimento profissional, assim como para a inovação e qualidade do ensino com
recurso às tecnologias digitais.
In the context of Education and Training, it aims to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for Europe to remain competitive, up-to-date and to overcome economic crises by seizing the new opportunities arising from the global use of digital. The objective for the digital qualification of teachers is the transversal integration of Digital Technologies in the teachers' pedagogical and professional practices, involving students in learning procedures, social integration and citizenship. Teacher training, besides promoting pedagogically integrate these digital tools, intends to encourage the tranees to be taught those tools, facilitating the communication process with students and making their classes more appealing by using modern methodologies and closer to what students use in their daily lives. Also the integration of workgroup, project development, leads to problem solving, the sharing of learning among students and innovation works as a lever for learning and involvement of these in their own path of acquisition and application of new skills. This dissertation aims to study the integration of the digital in the educational context, within the scope of the Digital Transition Plan, also encompassing remote and emergency teaching, in improving the use of the digital in teaching practices and took a quantitative methodological approach to data collection and analysis. It also aimed to verify the level of digital proficiency of the teachers participating in the research, with the purpose of measuring the effect of the training workshops on the improvement of their skills. The results point to a significant improvement in the respondents' digital skills, which still need time to mature, in order to continue the use of digital technologies in the teaching and learning process. The aim is to contribute to a better knowledge, among teachers, of the impact of training and professional development, as well as of the innovation and quality of teaching using digital technologies.
