| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório integra-se na modalidade de estágio curricular, tendo sido realizado na empresa Do It Better, para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ciências da Educação, na área de especialização de Organização e Gestão da Educação e Formação. O principal objetivo do relatório e consequente investigação foi proceder à caracterização dos papéis que um gestor da formação desempenha, compreender as funções que realiza e as tarefas que executa diariamente. O relatório está dividido em quatro capítulos: no primeiro capítulo é apresentado o quadro conceptual e teórico que serve de base para a caracterização organizacional, sendo também apresentada a metodologia utilizada para a recolha e análise dos dados; no segundo capítulo é caracterizada a organização de acolhimento – Do It Better; no terceiro capítulo é apresentado o trabalho desenvolvido e a experiência vivida ao longo do estágio; no quarto e último capítulo é desenvolvida uma pequena investigação sobre o papel do gestor da formação, as tarefas que executa e as funções que desempenha na organização Neste trabalho seguiu-se uma abordagem geral de carácter qualitativo, tendo recorrido a entrevistas semiestruturadas aos dois gestores da formação que serviram para caracterizar a organização e compreender o trabalho desempenhados pelos gestores; a observação participante que teve como objetivo compreender o funcionamento da organização, o trabalho realizado pelos gestores e recolher dados e informação para o relatório e a pesquisa arquivista serviu para compreender melhor os objetivos e exigências da organização. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report is part of the curricular traineeship modality and was carried out at Do It Better to obtain a Master's degree in Education Sciences in the area of specialization of Organization and Management of Education and Training. The main objective of the report and consequent investigation was to characterize the roles that a training manager plays, to understand the functions he performs and the tasks he performs daily. The report is divided into four chapters: the first chapter presents the conceptual and theoretical framework that serves as the basis for the organizational characterization, and also presents the methodology used for data collection and analysis; in the second chapter is characterized the host organization - Do It Better; the third chapter presents the work developed and the experience lived during the stage; in the fourth and last chapter a little research is done on the role of the training manager, the tasks he performs and the functions he performs in the organization This work was followed by a general approach of a qualitative nature, having resorted to semi-structured interviews to the two managers of the training that served to characterize the organization and to understand the work performed by the managers; the participant observation that had as objective to understand the operation of the organization, the work done by the managers and to collect data and information for the report and the archivist research served to better understand the objectives and requirements of the organization. | pt_PT |
