O presente Trabalho Final de Mestrado descreve todo o percurso efetuado durante a realização do estágio curricular na empresa Cabelte em Vila Nova de Gaia, do Grupo Cabelte, no Departamento de Recursos Humos.
O presente relatório analisa as tarefas realizadas durante o estágio na área de Recrutamento & Seleção utilizadas pela própria empresa, com maior incidência na terciarização deste processo. À sinopse da revisão de literatura de acordo com as atividades desenvolvidas, segue-se a caracterização do Grupo e, mais concretamente, a empresa onde o estágio foi realizado. Estas atividades são descritas em pormenor, procedendo-se a uma análise crítica em comparação com a literatura existente, deixando algumas sugestões de melhoria futura.
Em suma, o estágio na Cabelte proporcionou uma aprendizagem prática à luz do enquadramento teórico de Recrutamento e Seleção obtido no Mestrado de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, permitindo a aquisição de competências on site para enfrentar o mercado de trabalho.
This Master's Final Work describes the entire course carried out during the curricular internship at Cabelte?s company in Vila Nova de Gaia, part of the Cabelte Group, in the Human Resources Department. This report analyzes the tasks performed during the internship and falls on a consolidated basis in the Recruitment & Selection practices used by the company itself, with a greater incidence in the tertiarization of this process. The synopsis of the literature reviewed according to the activities developed follows the characterization of the Group and, more specifically, the company where the internship was carried out. These activities are described in detail, with a critical analysis compared to the existing literature, leaving some suggestions for future improvement. In short, the internship at Cabelte provided practical learning in the light of the theoretical framework of Recruitment and Selection obtained in the Master of Human Resource Management, allowing the acquisition of on-site competencies to face the labour market.
