This essay is built upon the search for the understanding of today's status of the processes of artistic creation, and how they have been considered through time, first through an philosophical approach, then through psychological aesthetics and finally, more recently, through psychology. Being art an human creation, and perhaps the most expressive experience (form of livings), we shall conceive an approach so that through psychological aesthetics, through psychology, and most of all through cognitive psychology, will support and concur to build an Psychology of Artistic Creation. If all construction of reality is built upon the interaction between physical world, the psychological or subjective world and the world of human creation, it seems to be clear that the creative process is, by excellency, a paradigm of the human experimental or experiential phenomena. In this line of thinking, and because we consider that each individual keeps on building his project of creation through his own narratives, that assumes itself as way of construction, of understanding upon the individual himself and his interaction with the world, we have chosen this methodology, through an exploratory essay of the creation processes in two visual artists. More than drawing conclusions, we are trying to raise some questions, point ways of reflection for future investigation on the behalf of the understanding of artistic creation and creative processes
