Abstract(s)
Tendo como ponto de partida a própria autobiografia e a análise do percurso profissional
realizado, é a partir da actual função de formadora num Centro de Novas
Oportunidades inserido em contexto escolar, que a autora se confronta com as dificuldades
e os preconceitos face ao reconhecimento de competências adquiridas ao
longo da vida. Assim se desenvolveu a presente investigação. O principal objectivo
de análise assenta no processo de confrontação dos adultos/candidatos com a sua
história de vida, tendo como consequência a reformulação do seu futuro.
Na análise tenta-se compreender a arquitectura das linhas de força que esboçam
um todo, que é a pessoa. Como na maioria das vezes tal não é possível observar
através através do PDP (Plano de Desenvolvimento Pessoal), houve a necessidade
de percorrer os detalhes expressos em algumas autobiografias (PRA), revelando
assim os impactos que a vivência do processo proporcionou, nas suas várias etapas.
Trata-se pois de avaliar impactos pessoais que fogem na elaboração de um PDP.
Esta é a questão abordada na investigação, tendo em vista compreender o que leva
a que essa transformação ocorra nos adultos, através de uma amostra de casos particulares.
Having as a starting point her own autobiography and the analysis of her professional career, and her current function as a trainer in a New Opportunities Centre situated in a school, that the author faces the difficulties and prejudices towards the recognition of the competences acquired through life. That is how this research has developed itself. The main goal of the analysis is based on the process that faces the adults with their autobiography in order that they might reformulate their future. In the analysis we try to understand the architecture of the power lines that build a whole, which is the person. As that is not possible to observe mostly through the Personal Development Plan (PDP), we needed to make the details expressed in some autobiographies (PRA), showing the impacts that the experience of the process provided in the different stages. The idea is to evaluate the personal impacts that run away when we set a PDP. This is the question approached in the research, in order to understand the transformation that happens with the adults, done with a sample of personal cases.
