iniciados do clube.
jogadores afetado estes valores.
treino.
The following report aims to showcase the efforts carried out by the LOR in the physical attributes development of athletes in the class of U14/15, throughout the 2015/2016 season. The subject of physical attributes is a steady growing matter amongst managers and coaches, currently ever present on their planning and development routines. Growth and maturity are topics which will be frequently explored in this research paper, particularly due to the young ages of the individuals comprised in the U14/15 tier. Further in this research, it will be possible to verify that these topics have a direct influence in the performance of young athletes, as well as their individual athletic development. Long term, an athlete who eventually reaches high demand sporting environments, and who, during his youth sporting career, was able to acquire best selfdevelopment practices (Training routines, eating heathy awareness, quality resting and recovery hours), will undoubtedly arrive as a more prepared and ready athlete for modern soccer, where demand for intensity, pace, and individuality, are fast increasing. Only a prowess athlete has good chances of success. In area 1, it will possible to verify the complete conception, process, and evaluation carried out by the LOR in the on the U14/15 athletes, both training and physically-wise. In area 2, a study conducted on the same athletes was able to verify that the training plan developed by the LOR, focused on improving the flexibility of the hamstrings, yielded positive results in the Sit and Reach test. Area 3 consisted in developing a keynote geared towards freshman students enrolled in the Masters of Sports Training, where the main goal was to pass on a message of continuity by going through the day-today of a Sporting Intern in it’s different areas of training
