O presente relatório de estágio surge no âmbito do Mestrado de Educação e Formação, na especialização em Desenvolvimento Social e Cultural, do Instituto de Educação da Universidade de Lisboa. A teoria na prática ganha um novo sentido e, por esta razão, optou-se em fazer um estágio curricular para experienciar o que fora estudado. As aprendizagens resultantes do contacto direto com a temática em estudo foram detalhadas ao longo deste relatório. O local de estágio para essa oportunidade curricular foi o Centro Qualifica da Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, onde são disponibilizadas aos cidadãos maiores de 18 anos de idade, ofertas educativas e formativas, com vista ao prosseguimento de estudos ou ao desenvolvimento profissional. O objetivo do estágio centrou-se na observação e no acompanhamento do processo de reconhecimento, validação e certificação de adquiridos experienciais. Através das experiências e dos saberes decorrentes in loco do estágio, somados ao estudo do conteúdo das unidades curriculares no decorrer do mestrado, foi possível refletir sobre a importância dessa prática educativa, na vida dos adultos pouco escolarizados. O reconhecimento de adquiridos experienciais é mais do que uma certificação escolar, portanto é um meio através do qual, a partir de uma lógica analítica, com o apoio da equipa do Centro Qualifica, os adultos podem tomar consciência do seu percurso de vida e das aprendizagens derivadas dele, para que reconheçam em si as suas muitas potencialidades.
This report is the outcome of an internship included in the Master in Education and Training, in specialization in Social and Cultural Development, from the Education Institute of Lisbon. Theory put in practice takes on a new meaning and, for this reason, it was decided to do a curricular internship to experience what had been studied. The outcome of this learning experience has been detailed throughout this report. The internship was developed in the Qualifica Center of the City Council (CML), where educational and training offers are available to citizen who are over 18 years old, so that they can further continue their studies or professional development. The goal of the life-long acquired experience. It was possible to think about the importance of this educational practice in the life of a poorly educated adult not only through the experiences and knowledge resulting from the internship in loco, but also through the subjects taken in this master's degree. The recognition of these life-long experiences is more than a school certification, since it is a means through which, based on an analytical logic, with the support of the Qualifica Center team, adults can become aware of their life path and the learning derived from it, so that they may recognize in themselves unknown potential.
