Este relatório de estágio no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão do Desporto da unidade curricular de Estágio pretende apresentar todas as atividades desenvolvidas no departamento de coordenação de futebol de formação do clube Amora Futebol Clube SAD, tendo como local físico principal o gabinete destinado à coordenação no Estádio do Amora Futebol Clube. O objetivo central é apresentar uma análise das experiências profissionais adquiridas enquanto gestor do desporto, com ênfase na coordenação de atletas e nas dinâmicas das equipas de formação. Detalha o trabalho realizado durante quatro meses de estágio, elucidando responsabilidades, desafios enfrentados e o contributo individual na gestão e organização das atividades do departamento. Destacar-se-á num primeiro momento aquilo que é pertinente enquadrar no âmbito do desporto e nomeadamente do futebol e posteriormente num segundo momento todas as tarefas realizadas, terminando com uma consideração sobre as limitações e o que poderia ter sido feito de forma diferente. .
This internship report, part of the master’s program in Sports Management within the Internship course unit, aims to present all the activities I conducted during this period. The internship described in this document was conducted in the coordination department of youth football at Amora Futebol Clube SAD, with the primary physical location being the coordination office at the Amora Futebol Clube Stadium. The central objective of this report is to provide an analysis of the professional experiences gained as a sports manager, emphasizing the coordination of athletes, the dynamics of youth teams, and interaction with the senior team. The account details the work undertaken during the four-month internship, elucidating responsibilities, challenges faced, and my individual contribution to the management and organization of the department's activities. Initially, I will highlight what is pertinent within the scope of sports, particularly football, and subsequently outline all the tasks I performed during the internship period, concluding with a consideration of the limitations and what could have been done differently.
