Resumo(s)
This report is a description of my experience over 10 years of activity in the Food Industry.
Under the Final Work Academic in the 10th Semester of Bachelor Agro-Industrial, I’ve performed an internship in a filled croissants snacks company, in the Quality Department, where I’ve executed and implemented in 2002, the HACCP.
Later I was invited to join the team of Production, where I’ve coordinated a Continuous Improvement Project, focusing on the productive areas of the company.
In 2005, I began working as Operations Control Manager in a Meat Industry Company, which was in the Financial Department. I’ve performed, during the following 4 years, several activities related to industrial costing control, project management and continuous improvement methodologies based on Lean tools.
In 2009 I was promoted to Production Director. Participated in the review of projects, layouts expertise and transfer of products between plants.
In 2012, assumed position as Production Director for a Salted Snacks food company, where I’ve coordinated the Manufacturing Production, along with other interactions with the remaining departments of the company.
