O Relatório final detalhado da prática profissional enquadra-se no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, no qual é feita uma descrição, análise e reflexão do trabalho desenvolvido nos últimos cinco anos letivos da prática docente.
Este relatório refere-se à experiência profissional desenvolvida entre os anos letivos 2012/2013 e 2016/2017, nos seguintes agrupamentos da escola pública: Agrupamento de Escolas de Álvaro Velho, Agrupamento de Escolas de Santo André e Agrupamento de Escolas da Moita.
Inicialmente, é realizada uma apresentação pessoal, seguida de uma contextualização dos agrupamentos onde foram exercidas funções.
De seguida, e de acordo com o regime de avaliação de desempenho docente, é abordada a prática profissional com base nas seguintes dimensões:
- Científica e Pedagógica.
- Participação na Escola e Relação com a Comunidade.
- Formação Contínua e desenvolvimento profissional.
Ao longo do relatório são dadas a conhecer as práticas exercidas, reflexões acerca das mesmas e projeções do futuro. Evidenciam-se os aspetos positivos e aqueles que poderão ser alvo de melhoria.
Concluído o presente relatório, mantemos a convicção de que a Educação Física é peça fundamental para desenvolvimento integral do aluno (aptidões, atitudes e valores), no sentido de formar cidadãos ativos.
This report is presented in partial fulfilment of the Master Degree in Physical Education on Elementary and Secondary education. It provides a description, analysis and reflection on the teaching practice developed over the past five years. In terms of time-frame, it encompasses the academic years between 2012 and 2017, and work developed in the following public schools: Agrupamento de Escolas de Álvaro Velho, Agrupamento de Escolas de Santo André e Agrupamento de Escolas da Moita. Initially, a personal presentation is offered, followed by a characterization of the contexts of the schools where the activities were undertaken. Subsequently, and following the teacher performance evaluation scheme, the report is structured around the following professional dimensions: - Scientific and pedagogical practice. - Leadership roles within the school and engagement with the community. - Continuing education and professional development. The report provides an overview ok the tasks performed, on activities and projections of the future, highlighting positive aspects and identifying dimensions that may need improvement. Based on the reflection provided, the report concludes that Physical Education is a fundamental component of students’ comprehensive development (skills, attitudes and values), and an active contributor to educating active citizens.
