realizado no Programa Operacional do Potencial Humano.
estudos.
This report presents the study developed during the traineeship period conducted in the Operational Program of Human Potential. The study aimed to know the school and professional paths of the old students of the professional basic level music course in order to make a contribution for further evaluation of the relevance of the maintenance or ending of the same course. This study included students from four private music professional schools, financed by POPH, that in the year of 2008/09 attended the third year of that course, for what, at the time of the study, we could contact with students who had already age to attending higher education or professional experience. At the conclusion of the study it is understood that among those considered students, most of them went to school life in music area and are also mostly to attend higher education in this same area. Concerned with professional level, it appears that although most of these students are already paid for their musical works, these occur sporadically and do not assume a steady job in the area, witch is possibly connected with the fact that they are still studying. We can read in the report the other activities that were developed during the stage of the school year, that were directly linked with intrinsic issues to vocational studies in Portugal. We also expose an evaluation performed for the POPH witch report is contained in the annexes. Also discusses topics such as educational evaluation, vocational studies and music education. This work is the tool corresponding to the second year of the masters degree in education with a specialization in educational evaluation. This ends this cycle of studies.
