Finally, motor activities and physical intervention were characterized in a type of disability, and physical intervention in disability, namely visual impairment. In order to examine the possibility of doing psychomotor intervention sessions in a gym located in Lisbon we carried out a case study and we used different instruments for the collection of information: analysis of accessibility; list of materials and equipment; description of group lessons; questionnaire with closed questions to customers; interview to the client with visual impairment; and questionnaire with open questions to professionals and direction. The results showed the viability of implementing psychomotor intervention sessions on the gym including: conditions on accessibility, versatility of sports materials, use of exercises done in group classes and the most of the clients, including the person with visual impairment, revealed interest in experiencing the sessions. In response to these findings, we proceeded to the elaboration of a psychomotor intervention program with 4 sessions.
