Este relatório procura expor as vivências e reflexões experienciadas no processo de estágio, tendo o mesmo permitido um acumular de experiências práticas cruciais, suportadas por uma base académica e científica, para o desenvolvimento da carreira de Treinador de Futebol. Para este efeito, foi elaborada uma revisão de literatura que permite suportar a componente prática utilizada no estágio, onde estão inseridos os seguintes temas: periodização, planeamento e controlo dos conteúdos e da carga de treino e de competição e formulação de um programa multidisciplinar de prevenção de lesões e de potenciação da performance. Relativamente ao processo de treino, irá ser apresentado o Modelo de Jogo e de Treino, os Microciclos-Padrões utilizados, as unidades de treino tipo e os documentos relativos ao controlo da carga de treino e do programa de prevenção de lesões e de potenciação da performance. Numa segunda área, será apresentado um projeto referente ao desenvolvimento físico do jovem atleta a longo prazo, elaborado para o Vitória Futebol Clube. Por fim, irá ser exposta a ação de formação organizada para as Escolinhas de Futebol do clube, tendo como temas o desenvolvimento das Skills Motoras Fundamentais e das várias qualidades físicas e a conceção de exercícios de treino.
This paper aims to expose the experiences and reflections linked to the internship process, having the same allowed an accumulation of crucial practical knowledge, supported in a scientific and academic base, for the development of the soccer coach career. For this effect, a literature review was prepared, which allows to support the pratical component used in this internship, where the following topics are inserted: periodization, planning and consequent control of the contents and training load and formulation of a multidisciplinary program of injury prevention and performance enhancement. Regarding the training process, it will be presented the Game and Training Models, the Microcycle-Pattern used, the daily training sessions, and the documents relating to training load control and the program for injury prevention and performance enhancement. In a second area, a project will be presented regarding the physical development of the young athlete at a long term scale, prepared for Vitória Futebol Clube. Finally, it will be exposed the event organized for the Football School of the club, having as themes the development of the Fundamental Motor Skills and the various physical qualities and the design of training exercises.
