A realização deste relatório de estágio foi divida em quatro fases distintas, onde o principal objetivo centrou-se no desenvolvimento pessoal como treinador de forma a obter uma maior experiência na área do treino de futebol e uma melhor adaptação em diferentes contextos. De uma forma inicial, centra-se na apresentação do clube onde foi realizado o estágio, Sporting Clube de Portugal. O destaque selecionado foi a sua história e a forma como a estrutura do clube está organizada. Um clube com inúmeros departamentos, necessita de uma organização de excelência, para que seja possível uma otimização de todos os recursos humanos e de meios, para um bom e sustentável desenvolvimento do clube. Numa segunda fase, foi desenvolvido e apresentado um processo de treino e competição, onde se deu maior importância ao modelo de jogo, pois serve como linha orientadora para toda a estrutura do futebol de formação. É através de uma metodologia de treino específica que todos os escalões do futebol de formação do Sporting Clube de Portugal se centram para que exista apenas um objetivo, o desenvolvimento individual do jogador de forma a potenciar e otimizar todas as suas características. Na fase três do relatório de estágio, foi realizada uma investigação com base em metodologias científicas, com o objetivo de analisar a distribuição do trimestre de nascimento e do estado maturacional de todos os atletas presentes no escalão de iniciados U14 do Sporting Clube de Portugal, e comparar com o grau de utilização no escalão de U14-A ao longo da época. Por último, na fase quatro do relatório de estágio, foi desenvolvida uma formação que apresentou como principal finalidade, a partilha de conteúdos ligados ao processo defensivo ao longo dos escalões de formação, entre os sub 7 e sub 13, do Sporting Clube de Portugal. Esta formação teve como principal objetivo a partilha de conhecimentos e a evolução continua de todos os treinadores da estrutura do Sporting Clube de Portugal.
The execution of this internship report was divided in four distinct phases, which primary objective was focused on the personal development as a coach, to obtain greater experience in the football training area and a better adaptation in different contexts. Initially, this report focuses on the presentation of the club where the internship occurred, that is Sporting Clube de Portugal. The highlight that was selected was its’ history and the way the structure of the club is organized. It is a club with countless departments, that needs an organization of excellence so that it is possible an optimization of all human resources and its means, to have a good and sustainable development of the club. In a second phase, a process of training and competition was developed and presented, where it was given greater importance to the game model, as it works as a guiding line of the whole football structure for the youth academy. All the youth football academy levels of Sporting Clube de Portugal focus on a specific training methodology, to achieve one main goal of individual development of the players in a way to potentiate and optimize all their characteristics. In the phase three of the internship report, it was done an investigation with base one scientific methodologies, with the goal of comparing the maturational level of the athletes on the U14 level of Sporting Clube de Portugal, with their usage percentage, in a way of verifying the influence of the maturational level of the athlete on his usage rate throughout the season. At last, in the phase four of the internship report, it was developed an educational training that had as main finality the sharing of content connected to the defensive process throughout all the youth academy levels between the U7 and the U13, of Sporting Clube de Portugal. This training had as main goal the sharing and continuous training of all coaches of the structure of Sporting Clube de Portugal.
